You will have seen in the news the human devastation of this horrific war in Syria. My friend, Alison Piasecka at Moving Through Transitions is organizing a Sampler Day Fundraiser to help the children of Syria caught up in the violence in the country.
The programme is packed with a lot of engaging and fun activities. Lotus will be offering a Mindful Tango session for you to taste of the beauty of Tango and the power of Mindfulness.
